This includes information about price changes, product changes, invoices, as well as any reminders and debt collection notices. Debt collection notices are also sent by post.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer is responsible for providing and maintaining a correct email address. If the customer does not receive the product, they must notify the supplier so that any errors can be corrected.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer is responsible for providing the supplier with accurate and up-to-date information necessary to perform services satisfactorily.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer is obligated to provide the necessary information required by the supplier to complete their work. If signatures for occupational health service contracts or information for other products are not provided, the supplier may invoice the order after 60 days with a breach fee that revokes the customer\u2019s right to use the product. The fee is 40% of the total amount.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>AGREEMENT ENTRY<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The agreement is considered entered when the customer confirms their agreement by approving via SMS, email, or audio recording.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">By entering into the agreement, the customer confirms they have the necessary authority to enter the agreement on behalf of the business.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The delivery is considered completed and the order billable when the customer has received their username\/password for the service or received information materials about application processes, ID cards, or similar.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All IK-systems and course licenses require written termination. The customer must send an email to <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:post@athenahms.no\">post@athenahms.no<\/a> or post@kurskontoret.no to notify of the termination within the deadline. If termination is not made within the deadline, the agreement is automatically renewed for the same period as initially agreed.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Termination deadlines:<\/span><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IK systems: 6 months.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Course licenses: 3 months.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer can annually change the name or employee associated with the course license.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Upon entering into the agreement, the customer gains access to products via the internet.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer must independently manage, maintain, and utilize the products.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer owns and may freely dispose of the data in the products.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The subscription is automatically renewed unless the customer provides written notice at least 6 months before the end of the agreement period.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The website may be unavailable for short periods due to updates, technical maintenance, or errors.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The supplier reserves the right to improve products without prior notice to the customer.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Price changes are communicated to the customer at least one month before they take effect, except in cases of price reductions.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The supplier ensures that internet services are operated via their own web server or through partners.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SUPPLIER\u2019S OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The supplier is committed to not disclosing any customer information received in connection with the agreement to unauthorized parties.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The supplier\u2019s liability for damages to the customer is subject to applicable regulations at all times.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The supplier disclaims any responsibility for direct and indirect losses (such as loss of income) due to web service errors or downtime.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The supplier cannot be held responsible for changes caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as strikes, lockouts, war, political or governmental decisions.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The customer pays the prevailing prices for services provided by the supplier. Invoice due date is 10 days unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The agreement is valid for the period agreed upon between the customer and the supplier. If written termination is not provided at least 6 months before the end of the period, the agreement is automatically renewed for the same length of time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>DISPUTES<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event of a dispute between the customer and the supplier, the matter can be brought before Halden Conciliation Board.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any liability for damages is limited to the contract value.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Complaints must be submitted no later than two months after the issue became known to the parties, or one month after disagreements were identified through correspondence or meetings.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>ANNUAL PRICE INCREASE<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prices are increased annually by 5%. Other price adjustments may occur, but if no other notice is given, an annual price increase of 5% applies.
